We highly and genuinely recommend Horizon Builders, Inc. Since moving into our home, we have had water damage on one side due to monsoon rains. We had 7 general contractors come to assess the issue. We chose Horizon for many reasons: reliable and efficient communication (texts, email, phone), extremely detailed estimates, and collaboration of ideas to solve the water issue once and for all. Not only were the ideas to solve the water problems solid, but their ideas about stylish modifications were brilliant. When we asked to make changes to a plan, the communication and adjustments were seamless and stress-free. When we added projects, Horizon brought over the painter/electrician/stucco crew/roofer/patio crews to see the projects in person. We were always included in conversations, and all questions were quickly answered. Our add-on projects included, a custom-built shelving unit in our master bedroom, an outdoor swing, new paint and wood repairs on all the baseboards, cafe string lights installed on an outdoor patio, 4 garages repainted, and garage floors cleaned and epoxied. As a bonus, they inflated my car's tires one morning when the low-tire-pressure light came on. We trusted Horizon to give them access to our home when we had to go out. They got to know our dogs and were lovingly tender when we lost our 17-year-old Maltese one morning as the crews were here working. Finally, we have worked with general contractors/builders in the past. Once they finished the job, we never wanted to speak to them again. Horizon Builders went above and beyond our expectations.
